Annie Dawson was a beloved Qantas friend and an absolute lady of class, charm and warmth. She possessed a deep understanding of the human heart and had a gentle approach to providing guidance that brought clarity and tranquility in Qantas Melbourne roles she most ably filled.

Her welcoming personality had a lasting impression on everyone. People gravitated to her seeking all manner of either solace or counsel - thus a unique skill of (a) great listener. She was admired for her ability to stay calm in an industry known for its rapid pace.

What will be missed whenever in her presence was her glorious happiness; trustworthiness; even temperedness; and her deep commitment to furthering Qantas’ commercial interests.

Annie’s companionship both professionally & socially was always enormously valued by myself.
